They still provide face to face BDM's with industry experience that know what they are doing and thy are service orientated on both new and existing business side.

yesterday i faxed in a letter of authority a load of questions about a personal pension plan and request for transfer documents, they were in my inbox this morning - no other life office is that efficient.
