On the plus side they offer freepost addresss which since this large letter stuff with royal mail and the tiny weights you can put in to a half A4 envelope i appreciate the attempts to keep my postage bill down!

I also did not vote Aviva worst but like Sundeniro they were not far from the worst. I have to echo the same reasons and the fact that their products allways seem to be lacking innovation.

They offer no continuity of contact in the form of BDMs or telephone account managers, and there are too many departments in short it is impossible to build a working "relationship" with them.
